However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not fit your vision perfectly. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY OVERVIEW

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: For the health and safety of our team and community, all returns are final sale on the following items due to their intimate nature and design complexity: Bodysuits, Caged items, Catsuits, and Masks. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days

To start the process, please contact our customer empowerment team within 15 days of receiving your package. Send your return or exchange request to [email protected] using the template provided below. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization & Instructions

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number; we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Securely Package and Ship Your Return

Please securely package the unworn, tagged item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the package. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Step 4: Processing by J. Valentine

Once we receive and inspect your return (processing takes approximately 3-5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS

Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is available, we will process it immediately upon receipt of your return. If the desired item is not in stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. We do not price-adjust sale items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

As a global brand (excluding Asia and some remote areas), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred when returning an item internationally. These costs are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
